need license ativation file .plb

HELP!!!!!!!i am a polar bear dongle user.my computer crashed bad other day.
i lost all the info on my HD.i have reinstalled everything but i need the .plb to use the polar software.please polar bear team send me plb file.i have sent emails to you support email but no answer i really have to get my alcatel software up and runnng again thanx

hi freind

read, this will help you

When you execute any software of Polarbox this will create a directory in C:\ called Polar_Dongle_Data and inside this directory one file called Polar_Box_Dongle.txt

- This file Polar_Box_Dongle.txt contains serial dongle and email adress. Please add your reseller name to this file and send to this email adress.

- After this, in few hours you will receive one mail attached with a file called xxxxx.plb. Put this file in the same holder than the Polarbox Software and now your dongle is ready to work.

- If you have any problem, please write us at support@polarbox.net

thanks for your repley but i have done all that about 50 times and i get no response from polar team.day 3 and still waiting for my .plb file
are they on vacation or something they usually respond very fast

guess ill send them another email..this is not good.i am losing alot of money i work with alot of alcatel sets a day.and its like taking a knife in the gut everytime i have to turn them down..
please polar team take care of you customer

just wait freind, but try to send them using other email (change your email adress) if not send email (including file and reseller name) to hf40@hotmail.com he will help you....

I think u must change your mailbox server , I wrote u more than 5 mails and allways refused. Cant give u support in this conditions ...

For the PLB license, you must write at licenses@polarbox.net and we will calculate same day and answer to u, but please give to us other mail adress.

Any doubt, put here, will asnwer to u.

i have 1 problem with my polar box , I have received license file xxxxx.plb

i put it in the same folder than the polar box software, but my problem is the software can't run,

please help me to run it

noo *.plb file number is not same of Dongle SN
