polar is supposed supporting NEC N411i but when i try to unlock it give me this message : SORRY IN DEVELOPEMENT ???

if it's not supported yet why putting this phone in supported phone list ????

i really don't understund

i talk about N411i, if it's not supported yet why it's included in NEC Software

and sorry i can't sell you this phone, it's a customer's phone ...
