Problem to run polarsuite, program open and close immediately. - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have problem with the new update polarsuite.
The soft doesn t want to work.
For me don't work this update. The others updates works for me but whith polarsuite the soft don't start i have put the plb file in the same directory but not success.
Anyone can help me?

i used polar to unlock ***3v alcatel.
the phone is die after unlock. possible i did some thing wrong because it is my first time to have problem, it is usually without problem.
how do i repair the phone?
pls help.

Why you post here wrong section, do a new post.
This post is for problem for run new polarsuite.

i try to reinstal Drivers , Instal SP2 for XP and nothing !
Old Soft works ok ! But polarsuiter NOOOOOO !
START and CLOSE.

POLAR TEAM PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM !

I reported this error from some customers.
Please, be patient we are working for detect this error in few dongles.
Sorry for this problem, we hope find this bug in little time.
