1600b NET10I h RH65 need help to get rid of " CONTACT SERVICE 5 "


Hello UB_supporters any one can tell me how to get rid of
" CONTACT SERVICE 5 " in nokia 1600b NET10 network?
is successfully unlock and the problem first is that after installed tmobile simcard or AT&T it still say the Counter minutes 00:00 so it doesn't let me make a call because is zero...

Then I tried to flash it to a different RH65 flash file and went ok but after success and PM written now is " CONTACT SERVICE 5 "

then I tried with RH64 and successfully unlocked and take out the " CONTACT SERVICE 5 " and the counter but the phone wo;t get any signal even though I put a new PM from a brand new NET10 1600b RH65.

Any solutions on this Universal Box because is frustrating now that I cannot make it to work for 5 hours now.

I know this will work on RH64 becasue once I flash and unlock witht his version is ok but the problem is that I'm in U.S.A and the band here is 850/900 were the phone is original has this filter and I want to make it work here. all I see success unlock and convert is for 900/1800 because is out of U.S.A, for me I don;t need to go to hardware because is made for U.S.A signal but won't get anything at all because of the RH64 version that is European version (900/1800).

Any help please....

flash the fone with original firmware & write rh65 pm & then unlock ur problem is solve 100%.

I did that and all I see after success flash with original flash file and PM then unlock once I turn on the phone it will ask for " SECURITY CODE " and the code that readed via all nokia tools I have is *# not 12345 the problem is that *# cannot be enter because is not a digit number.

after this I decided to do Factory reset, thinking it will remove the security code but it will made it worst after succesfully factory reset and turn on the phone it will say now " CONTACT SERVICE PROVIDER 5 "

I search here and lots of technician have the same problem as me to use at the same band (850/1900) but if a person will want to use overseas like Asia & Europe that uses 900/1800 band they only need to flash it via RH64 and convert it but with here in U.S.A or any other part of the world with 850/1900 band will suffer with this problem

I found a person that saying need to modify the PM file but I don't know how to do it, if there is anyway you can help me on this I will gladly appreciated:

JAVVad, I don;t need band convertion because this NET10 nokia 1600b RH65 is already 850/1900 all I need is your help to modify the PM files so I can try to see if this will work for my " CONTACT SERVICE 5 "

if you read further my posting you will see that I keep saying that this model is for 850/1900 already no need to convert.

I need this unlocking for 850/1900 ( don't need to convert this model because it is already 850/1900) all I need is for your team to help me to modify from 16 & 17 file to 0 to 1 the PM that I posted here, thank you

PLease Universal Team look into this problem and kindly help me I have 5 pcs. of this model but never work to unlock using the actual 850/1900mhz once it flash to the same version. The problem is to remove the one on the screen saying NEED TO REFILL with ZERO BALANCE and cannot call even though there is signal

Hope very soon you can fix this problem for NET10 1600b (850/1900 mhz)
every time that I tried to flash so that minutes timer to be taken out but always say " CONTACT SERVICE 5 " but for flashing RH64 timer is gone but and CONTACT SERVICE 5 is gone (meaning ok for unlocking) but this version is for (900/1800 mhz only & need to be hardware modification, this will not work in U.S.A ) I need it to use for actual RH65 version where it can be use here in U.S.A (850/1900 mhz & no need to hardware modification for filter change)

I tried to direct unlock the 2nd 1600b NET10 and its unlocked with signal but the minute timer is always there and say " ZERO " so no way to call or recieve calls because every time I press dial mode it always tell me to add money to have a minutes remaining....

We need help on this for all 850/1900 mhz users JaVVad please kindly check and if possible to give us solutions, I have 100pcs waiting for the solutions!

NET 10 is a Tracfone service provider. Therefor unlock is not enough, you have to "untracfone", too. I don't know if it's enough, but in phone's product profile, there is a tracfone switch.

Regarding PM: The reason might be, that there are some additional PM sections, that are hidden. PM section 21 (simlock) is it for sure. Since Nokia 1600 you can't read and write complete PM by default. If Universalbox would implement flash read for all phones (including ASIC 11), it would be easier to solve the problem.
