there m trying to unlock 2220s rm 590 buh it says try flashing with factory software wht is that software where can i get that one i tried flash it with flashing file but still same wht should i do help universal team plz

i think there is only one firmware there mr universal i thought that u know that already cause its offiacial suport

i have same problem with 2330.
software in phone is factory original v9.55
