there are many problems with private messages.
Sometimes we didn't get your mails, sometimes we reply u, but u didn't get it...
So please be with patience, we will transfer all of your credits back.

What may you do if we don't answer?
Send again your problem after 24h with short description, your UB nick and your current log.

Always check this two ( UB nick and LOG about your problem)

Never post here about your credit problems, because this posts will be deleted and credits will be never transfered back.
