sir i have 2310 the problem is contact service itried to flash lower and highest version and write pm but no luck sir!pls help me sir what will i do sir!

cleen the board prfectly and makeheat from keypad side....

sir my problem is slolve now!i try to reheat cpu then success sir the phone is alive!

brother its a falut of your flash ic

tyr to heat or desold
then

1. full erase
2. flash your phone with latest firmware
3. write good full pm
4 unlock and factory set

your phone will be alive

Problem is Solved. He Reheated the CPU.
