universal box said bb5 w/o tp activation will be free if we buy bb5 sl2 but ub team ur server charged for both. I clicked on both bb5 sl2 and bb5 w/o tp n got this msg n then again i tried to activate bb5 sl2 they took 250 again plz refund 100 logs back thanks here is the pic attached. Waiting for any product supportes reply

Wich boxes u mark when u buy the upgrade? I select BB5SL_2 Only and two updates installed with 250 credits... maybe u tick the two of the upgrades so take more credits than the offer...

i think that is the case i ticked both of them but it gave me error but took 100 logs then i just ticked one and it took 250 more. but it gave me error to activate thats y i ticked on sl2 then so waiting

Also had same problem the other day. had ticked both boxes bb5 w/o out tp and bb5 sl2. Problem is only have 345 credits. Server consumed first 100 credits for bb5 w/o tp. Now I was short 5 credits of activating bb5 sl2. had made post about this. But it was deleted. Had made PM messages to universalbox and JawaD. But they did not reply. had to buy additional 50 credits just to avtivate BB5 SL2. Up until now no response from supporters.

SAME HERE! Hoping UB Team wil refund 100 credits...coz dis is already free!
PLs. kindly remove BB5 no tp activation on UB sw to avoid others get same problem...i know dis wil exist unless UB Team wil remove that!
