2310 problem imei - GSM-Forum

i have one phone with imei currepted like ??????????????????. it didn't accepte any simcard and unable to unlock this phone.always give terminated with error.how can put original imei to phone.i try to flash some version but no luck.i tried write pm but give error.how can solve this problem?
