i have a 5310 rm-303 after unlock i got the imei 12345 and the phone software version became version v58.58

so the phone restarts by itself
universalbox team please help to recover this phone

HI UB TEAM NEED HELP 5310 RESTART IT SELF AFTER UNLOCK
AND LOST 100 LOG

I got 250 logs in the scheme where i could activate my box but I lost my 100 logs due to the problem. I didnt take any screen shot coz i had no idea that I will be loosing logs and I will need screen shot in reference. but you can check my status on your server that i was having 250 logs and now 100 logs are lost. Please check it on your server and please refund my logs as soon as possible
