6300 bad simlock data, good IMEI. Please help - GSM-Forum

Hello, I have successfully unlocked many phones with UB but as you can see this unlock did not work properly and now the phone is 'Contact Service'. When I try to press SIMLOCK REPAIR, it does not recognise the problem. I have already reflashed the phone with same version 5.50 but this did not fix it. Maybe there is an automatic backup file somewhere that I can write (like in the free Dejan N70 unlocker). Please help. Thanks.

I have partly fixed the problem. @MrCode Thanks, I wrote the PM, authorised it and it let me re-lock the phone correctly to it's original net. I then wrote full v5.50 flash again. But it still goes to CONTACT SERVICE after I answer the question to "Start Phone Without Simcard?". I do not get the Nokia handshake.

Here is the latest info, this time from the self test button in UB. It gives error code: Fail [47] ST_SECURITY_TEST. Could support or anybody please tell me what this means and how to fix? Thanks
