please help me, after unlock SL2, Nokia 6500S did not unlock by ub and my phone imie no also corrupted, what should I do, UB team please help

Please Clear the story, Ub Team Said that when you will unlock phone it will not harm, sp data or even imei than how you said that! where are logs and phone information before unlocking and after unlocking???

sir, I have no log now, because I am much depressed because my customer phone has been damaged by ub, As u know also, I am not alone in this problem, peoples are crying. I am fan of ub box but I am now very distrub because of my phone how ever I give u some points that I remember during unlock
1- when I pressed SL2 unlock after connecting the phone, the UB gave some readings and in the end simlock info invalid, when I diconnect the phone, the phone was on contact service, then I write PM backup 20 from backup folder the phone became normal and when I insert sim the phone starts and after nokia tone it comes on contact service. I took the info from ub, it shows Imie 12345678?, It is the true story you believe or not but it is true

Unlocking have nothing to do with imei.

maybe your phone version is 59.60 which is not supported

I want to give reply Mr. Universal box. Sir During unlocking UB has Saved Backup my PM120 by the name of my phone`s Exact imie Number of my set. It means that before unlocking my set imie No. was ok as it saved my Pm filed 120 by the exact my imie Number. So u have to admit that the imie number was coruppted my UB. Before unlocking imie number was ok as UB saved

mate have you backup your mobile rpl and pm308?if you do!mate can you read info and post log here...

this is very simple.if u save cert file and pm file then only do that ur device conect with server and press only (Restore certificates) button and your problem solved. dont forgert say thanks to me.

Firstly mate, dont cry here about your woes when it is posted EVERYWHERE what models and versions are and are not supported! If you didnt even take 10seconds to check then that is your problem!

Also, yes UB probably did make a log, go to c:/Uni and check the log (if you have it enabled, which you probably do) and you will see it there!

now my problem is: When I press on/off button the set starts normal and before welcome tone of nokia contact Service comes for 3 seconds and the set off itself. I have done the following steps:-
1- write pm without 302 filed
2- full erase the set and flash it with latest version.
3- unlock it with Jaf BB5+
4- unlock it with UB
5- Simlock repair with UB
6- SL-Repair Jaff BB5+
after all the steps, the situation is same i.e.
set starts normal and before welcome tone of nokia contact Service comes for 3 seconds and the set off itself.
Imie No is also 1234567801234
this all problem came from unlocking with UB, Have any one solution to get back my set
