where is ubb team

hi
mate i have a ubb that is new one
bro when i try to update this box first time it shows me an error
the error is below
Terminated with error: Response from server: This box is not activated! [00000880].00001848.00001120
MCU Boot Version: 1.069, and up to date.
SMCU Boot Version: 1.34, and up to date.
Device opened at USB->Universal Box [UBRWNSDX]

but i e mailed to ub team almost 5 times and no response
i send pm in gsm hosting 2 times but no response
i think they just want cash in there hand
or they are sleeping
if somebody have any information about this error so please
tell me
