7210c contact service Repeated problem after 3 days of repair
 

Hi,
I had repaired successfully a contact service problem with repair option on 26th December, with 20 credits. The phone was working with client till 31st Dec W/O any Problem.
Today I have received the same phone with Contact service. Any possibility to repair this phone NOW without log.

This will be no problem, because backup file is always saved to your drive, so next time just press repair again and all will be free.
