7610s (rm-354) can't read certs:::ANSWERED::: - GSM-Forum

Hi! I have two units of 7610s (rm-354), and I need to "Read certs" to upload to a nokia server for unlock, but with the 2 cellphones get the same error. I don't have the original cable, Im using universal cable (ufc), maybe that's the problem, there is any other similar cable that I can use?, what is the problem? There is other way to unlock this phone?
