Can someone clarify something about these 9ddb phones.

I run an unlocking website, and am wondering if you can tell a 9ddb hash phone prior to a customer ordering an unlock service? Obviously I can't price it up for so much, then tell the customer it's more cos they have a 9ddb hash phone.

but all other bb5 is free for unlocking
