my tool is universal box, and i just buy BB5 SL3 unlock with new SL3 credit, but the credits can not show on my tool, i bought BB5 SL3 unlock with universal credit, it is ok, what is the difference between this two tools ? i buy wrong ? the seller said they give me credits already, but i can not read, anybody knows why ?

The tool which belongs to this forum can be viewed at :: Universal Box ::
You have to create your own account at :: Universal Box :: and register your box to that account.
If you have account then you can receive credits from any reseller.
Credits will be used by the box registered to that account.

I had my own account already at UNVERSIAL BOX, but I can't receive credits from the reseller, I paid money already, and the reseller said that they give me the credits already, but i don't receive .I buy BB5 SL3 unlock with new SL3 credit, anybody can tell me WHAT THE DIFFERENCE between bb5 SL3 unlock with new SL3 credit and BB5 SL3 unlock with universal credit ?

About Credits not Received,
That's means your Reseller not sent Credits in your Acount its not possible if reseller sent or you don't received credits, so contact with your reseller,

about Sl3 CREDITS,
its new Credits use only for Sl3 Unlocking like N97, 5130c, etc. but you can't able to spend creditss for our other services like Samsung unlocking, dct4 imei etc.

about Normal Credits,
Normal Credits you can use for all our services like samsung unlock by imei, black beryy 1 time activation, and all other activation unlocking imei patching, also you can unlock sl3 unlock with normal credits,
