After write good PM 1208 No network Access . . . ? - GSM-Forum

Hello,
I try to write PM file for 1208 phone for No network acess problem.
After write PM problem is not solve.
Also i write 3 - 4 PM file but problem still same.
For more info here is log of self test on the UB.

Code:

MCU Nokia Version: 1.124, and up to date.
SMCU Nokia Version: 1.42, and up to date.
Initializing phone...
Output power at Line1 3.90V is in range of: 4.00V ±10.0%
Phone powered.

full erase + flash + write pm + unlock and set factory defaults. ever thing will be okay test report and post logs!

Before i post this thread i do all things but not solve my problem.

If u have any newer idea OR u have solution in Hardware then share here.
