No point I ask how to repair as it NEED REPLACEMENT weather still got warranty or not!!!Just let team know what I do before the BOX suddenly got heart failure

Seems SMCU problem. Need to replace. But I have a good news, probably you will get new version PCB, which will avoid all this kind of errors.

Is good to hear that new pcb will solve this problem, but can i know which month of production that is new pcb version!!

BTW new version of UB cannot reset usercode back to 0000 after flash even "tick" Modified Important value after flash!!

hi,

since you have new PCB, is it possible to have dead or good UB replaced with new box?

lets all face that the old PCB is faulty and easily gets damaged for unknown reason...

we can shoulder the shipping ofcourse if thats ok with you...

we dont want our box to get busted one day due to bad hardware...

Do you offer a service, where you can repair customers' dead UB's which have no warranty/no support from reseller.
As I have 2 and would like to get them fixed.
Or do you sell this NEW PCB, so i can fit them into my 2 broken UB's

I have a 3rd one, which broke down yesterday - under 3months old, but my reseller will exchange that one.

Fault with all 3 is:

I talked with my reseller in Argentina *im here on brazil* they say that they dont garantee at all my box. My box still working, but guys can this problem be fixed before goin dead?? lol

yes, UB should offer PCB replacement BEFORE good box become dead...

we dont want to wait for the death of our box...

Hi,

Yes, the bad boxes will be replaced to new pcb ones, if the warranty exist. The bad boxes also damaging our demand, we want satisfied customers. Now the problems figured out, so the next stock with v2.1 PCB will be ok.

hi,

since you ADMIT that there are problems with your box, you should replace out of warranty box aswell...

even laptop companies DO make a product RECALL when proven that their product is defective...

you should be fair to your loyal customers, many users have dead box on their shelves waiting for repair...

we will pay for the shipping charges ofcourse but please consider those who bought your DEFECTIVE box last year which dont have warranty anymore...

Personally I am resonable.I do not expect my box to be exchanged even if it is 8 months old.I want my box to be repaired with a cost of course.here is my proposal.The old foulty pcb-s to be replaced with new ones with half price of a new one.In this way we see a sign that UB Box team want to have satisfied clients and the clients at their turn help UB Box to replaced the faulty pcb-s with little financial effort.Please tell your opinion about this proposal.
