| same problem here...cant manage to unlock bb 9790 did all the resets,also a wipe and flashed it. No luck. Getting the "Overlapped result failed" or "Cant open device "Blackberry Smartphone"" All other models are fine. Please help. |

| Solved by manually entering MEP and IMEI to the calculator. But I was lucky to find which carrier its locked on,cause with carrier info I managed to get the MEP Quote:
