big problem with k510a

Only read info and phone its dead , error z530 loader

I flashed many times using smartcard , nothing happens and cost me credits
the only way for phone works is only flash software and generic( the phone give me a message config error)
when flash custom... don t start and cost me credits

PLEAS NEED SOLUTION URGENTLY , the phone is from a *******r.

This was written in the changelog:

1.8.2 – 25/04/2006
*Added Ericsson Z530, W810 flashing support with SmartCard. Unlock also available, but you have to flash the phone after unlock
(after unlock you have to flash the software only by selecting Use SmartCard checkbox, this won't reduce credit)
(in the future flashing will be available without SmartCard)

And later we released another update for K510:

1.8.8 – 01/06/2006
*Added Nokia DCT-4/BB5 product code write ability, also added AFP product code set ability
*Implemented Nokia DCT-4 ASIC5 save RPL function
*Added Ericsson Model K510. Unlock works the same way as Z530/W810
*Fixed Ericsson Z530/W810/K510 flash bug, caused that flash loader for these models doesn't support speed changing

This is a tricky solution and only temporary until we finish our SE update.

The trick dont work . see this . It fully flashed and customize , and cost me 3 credits for each time to have to flash . Solution for this pls.??

I forgot to mention that you can safely ignore that error.

Here is another fix, thanks to maurohial.

If u tried just to unlock k510a with ub and results in a "dead" phone.
Follow these steps, U will need Usbsmart

0) Battery fully charged huh!
1) Open Semc Tool 8.7 <latest version for now
2) Select k510/z530
3) Check: Clear SP locks
4) Do Selected Jobs

hmm, you obviously dont use usb smart that often, otherwise you would know that:

a) 8.7 is very buggy, and doesnt work properly on most operations
b) like most softwares it will probably scream about cx loader not available and will require flashing, BEFORE successful unlock can happen!

Yeah, 8.7 maybe have bugs but on this situation works great.

hi m8s

here r the tested soulation for dead and configuration error.

i flash a dead set with cruiser .
set is on but config error
then i use usb smart version 8.6 and go in arm flashing and seclect complete phone after flash.
after that all ok.
