BIG PROBLEM with UNIBOX! OUTPUT power at line 1 is too low..

hello!

a few days ago i have tried to write some IMEI RPL files in my phone!

Quote:
MCU Nokia Version: 1.122, and up to date.
SMCU Nokia Version: 1.4, and up to date.
Please connect power supply next to the USB connector on the box and make sure, that the power supply provides at least 6,00 Volts!
Terminated with error: Input power 4,41V too low, at least 6,00V needed [00000C02]. 00011204. 0000040D. 00000101. 0000020C. 0001023A. 000110D0. 0001115A. 00011148

then i connect a 9V DC connector, and tried again:

Quote:
MCU Nokia Version: 1.122, and up to date.
SMCU Nokia Version: 1.4, and up to date.
Input power: 10,36V OK.
Hardware ID: 0120
Boot Loader: u_2nd.fia 2 kB
Version: 4.49.0
and everything was OK!...

but today, i want to flash some phone, i get this strange error:

Quote:
MCU Nokia Version: 1.122, and up to date.
SMCU Nokia Version: 1.4, and up to date.
Terminated with error: No power connected, at least 4,50V needed [00000C03]. 00011204. 0000040D. 00000101. 0000020C. 0001023A. 000110D0. 00011140. 00011510
very funny, because without power box won´t work

i thought this was an stupid error, and tried again with a new error:
Quote:
MCU Nokia Version: 1.122, and up to date.
SMCU Nokia Version: 1.4, and up to date.
Initializing phone...
Terminated with error: Output power at Line1 0,04V out of range of: 4,00V ±10,0% [00000C14]. 0001581C. 00011824
and this comes every time i tried to read or flash something! sometimes wit 0,02V, 0,04V and 0.08V! it´s the same if i connect the 9V supply!

and now i can´t do anything!

is this Hardware damage? any chance to repair this??

i need my box

May I suggest you plug only 4.5V DC to power beside USB plug to augment the voltage requirements of the box....

This i must say a hungry box.....

This is power problem is a hw failure of the box in most cases. The RPL writing needs at least 6V thats why it asked you for more power, but the later messages are definetly hw problem.

Yes, that battery can cause this problem. If that is empty that means dallas forgot everything. In this case you will need a new box. I am very sorry.
