download installation guide for universalbox , try step by step.. change another usb cable and test it.. if really can't, properly hw failure for ub box send back for warranty.

the box is an excrement, very very very very bad, is better =jaf---setool.

Go to setup/General,
No setup/Nokia
And press refrash and apply.
After this steps Box is locked to PC
You will always have this error until you manualy do not "lock" it to PC!
You can't use UB soft only by simply plugin usb and install soft!
Read Manual!
