box does not connect

my box do not connect after updated , i show error like these pic plz help me

Please Uninstall Universalbox.exe and reinstall latest Setup again..

but many tims i done that . still same , let inform you i plug box but i dont use power cable, so let me know , necessary to use power adapter ,

Well , Power adapter is not necessary . But some time it can be use for Dct4 unlocking/flashing...

hi, thanx sir

i tried to download a new verwsion of uni setup and i istalled it into desktop pc but i got same result , then i try on my laptop and i again i got same result.
But let me inform you my uni was sleeping since two years and now i start to use it was working very well , and now i use in previous version and it start to work before two year version. it work good and i start update box . update completed and sofware restarted then i got same problem. my box in not conncting and software hanging . kindly give help tips plz

it's your windows issue, have you tried to check this from another PC?

i use windows xp sp2. i download service pack 3 and installed into my computer.
Let me know , may i have to change windows xp. i mean reinstallation of windows xp.

sir i reinstalled windows xp with SP3. BUT i got same error .
my box still not working .
