erro flash bb5

after bb5 finishes update does not obtain to make flash in nokia would like to know if it was error of update

there is a bug in new version.
when you want to flash a bb5 phone in usb mode (dead phone) and check "read certificate" after creating back up an error accures.

can you try to install it to c drive, and then move uni directory to g drive.

Certificate backup is not supported in usb mode...
This is supported only with working phone via fbus connection.
In next comming updates we will support pm 308 backup before usb flash but certificate backup is not possible.

i do it 3 times.
first you should check mark save certificate after error uncheck save certificate and flash phone.
in newest version when you do it universal.exe terminated and windows want to send error report to server.

You can restore certificate at write rpl tab if needed.

Hi, when I close the software say:

"Unable to write to C:\Uni\uni.ini" and don't close it.

I have 3 PCs and only in one fail, I don't understand where is the problem, Im using the last version, uninstall and install again and the same problem.

Please help me

PS: I uninstall CA Antivirus Software and now is working fine... =)
