Cant lock 2680's - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I am able to unlock nokia 2680's with no problem, if i then try to relock it to a different network it attempts to and says it succeeded but the phone seems to be locked on an unknown network and no network sim card works with it until i unlock it again, help please as i need to relock to Voda for a big customer of mine.

please delete this post i have solved the problem, seems i have 2 different types of Voda sim card, one is an old obsolete card and the other is the new ones. works fine on the new voda sims.

ok now i am even more confused, i took a brand new pre-pay voda sim and it does not work in the locked 2680 on vodafone unless the phone is then unlocked.

anyone know if there is something strange going on with UB? or is this some weird thing with vodafone pre-pay versus post-pay sim cards in a vodafone locked 2680 (234-15)?
