bro,
1st try to erase and make full flash with higher version,
and a put a good pm.
if not solve your problem, then your set hardwere problem
2nd try to reheat uem verry carefully and clean the pcb very well.

First connect with flasher box and ck for info if info getting correctly then its hardware problem.
