Hi All,

Please Advise, I Have Sent Log Three Days Ago, Today Request Log And All Ok.

Now Move Onto The Activate Button Gets To The "please Wait! This Can Take Several Minutes.

Then
Terminated With Error:response From Server:10000bb8[0000880].00029170.00029230.

Please Help As I Have Been Charged For Stage One Unlock
And Need To Unlock This Phone.

Phone Is A T-mob W850

Same here, had no problems till now. Im sure its just a server problem.

i have similar prob only phone is now dead. after request log?
Comes up with a white screen after a few mins but i have been charged for process???

For some reason, after send log phone will start drain battery. You must always disconnect battery after sending log, or else your battery will be empty when you request log.

I really don't understand why it's happenning - i thought send log only reads from the phone!?
