Prob with UniBox USB Connection.

Hey uni Team. or others

We have had our universalbox for quite some time now.

And we have flashed many many phones.
But we have a pretty serious problem with it now.

We are unable to connect any Nokia BB5 Phones by USB.
We have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, removeing drivers for PC Suite what ever. We have tried it all. Even reinstalled the OS on the machine 3 times. And still the same problem.. we can go in by Fbus cable on ex. an 6500 classic.. but we are not able to get in any kind of connection with any phones on USB mode.

Please advise since we suspect it to be defect hardware.

And we have now 50 units waiting to be flashed, so we are bit in a crisis here.. so we need to get some new hardware if this cant be fixed.

So if anyone of you guys out there have any good idears please let me know asap. Cause as i wrote above, we really need our equipment to work now

Best Regards
KJ

@ UB Team

Please need to answer this one. Works fine on 1 of mine computer (but now had to send to repair for warranty on usb ports) and now on my new better computer I am having this problem also.

It cant pick up the drivers automatically from the phone or generic dead bb5 driver as on the other one just this and no install / reinstall working

???????
