Flash with latest firmware
write good pm
unlock
set factory default

if not solve try with

Procedure #2
Erase Phone

Flash with 6100 (Npl-2) flash file
write good pm
unlock
set factory default

i hope your problem will be solve
if not solve 100% hardware problem go to hardware section and find out

which pm i take....
