Device open failed

Dear Universal Box customers,

I need somebody who have Universal Box with Device open failed error message and have log file before and after when first time this error happend.
Please don't post if you don't have log file. Also it is recommended to turn on logging, this can help us locate problems more easily.

here i am posting the attachment with device open failed error , also what would be the remedy to it . worked fine for day or 2 , later this problem.

Do you have logfile before and after this error first happend?

i can not flash or change imei in most of the nokia phones(6800, 3220,6200,3595)..

Where you specify, but I bet you haven't turned on logging. Check "Setup" tab.

Do you have log file about this? I need to know what was the last thing happend when the box worked just before the this error.

Overnight work ok morning not work, i not have preceding log

Remember!! i go yasterday on suppor area i dowload flash files on my PS is blocked,i go off PS ,en not True universal box again. maybe then go error

So this means that you have worked with universal box, all was fine then turned off your computer and next morning it wasn't work?

for me with the same error box was working fine and i did install a second ufs3 box using the same usb cable and the same port next day box is not working

this is my log file after device open failed . but this was after the problem , will this help . please do the solution as soon as possible . a request from deep of my heart.
