is there no way out yet , or nobody has the log file to attach to get their boxes rectified . and also universal team has no clue of where the problem is in hardware or the software. ????

Hardware problem but we are trying to make a workaround to prevent this happening. If you have faultly box then you should ask for replacement.

Exclamation Universal Box Damage

or sent another Universal Box to me, but to the 4 days I remain damaged, or I am being hopeless, so that these boxes are damaged? there will be a form to repair them in Ecuador here, me you could send some manual of repair, because serious the second box that is damaged and this to me completes only hard 4 days, and I will have to spend in sent to the U.S.A., and the worse thing is the delay but lost of clients and the money. This Box is an excellent tool but Greetings must perfect the Hardware...

Make sure to connect 12v Power supply first before using

here again device open failed at usb
just change new box but still...error
n 1 more box usb can connect but can't flash...

after self update,box came error...cant flash any phone now...

This is HW problem, you should send back this box to the reseller, or you can try resolder the PCB, PIC and where you see bad soldering. Don't remove the battery anyway.

Please THIS is WHAT HAPPENS TO ME WITH UNIVERSAL MI BOX I don't BELIEVE that this bad one because when the unistal recognizes me the telephone, it puts it in local modem but the problem this when I upgrade it of there is it is showing this error. TERMINATED ERROR:7F000100.7E00000C.00000102.0000020C.00000C10 .0001581C.00011824.
but when I connect the telephone with the on and fastened pile and I try him to read with the cable that is connected for below if it puts it in local mode.
please help

hello friend. really not you that it passes my box if he/she opens up bony if it recognizes it the sw of the box but in your case stops not to be she recognizing. I thought that him mine was problem of upgrade but stop that it is not this way but I continue thinking that it is software problem for that when the desinstalo and I install it again it works well. the problem is when I upgrade it.
this is what passes in my case:MCU bootversion:1069,and up to dates
SMCU BOOT VERSION:1.28 AND UP TO DATES
DEVICE OPNENED AT LPT/1

stop to be that this bad one the conecxion bony problems of controllers or if it is not simply problem of the coneccion of the box with the bony pc controllers or that the box this bad one in this system and the same thing should be changed he/she says mine but when the controllers are not
if you look behind in the forum truth what says the server of the universal one on your problem but for mine I have not seen anything
