Device opening Failed?
 

I have a lot of uni boxes with device opening failed problem,
someone told me it is a hardware problem
please anybody have any experiance or modofocation for box?
do not tell me send it to your resseller, I have exporting limits here
I cannot send over 50 boxes to HK....

i think just resoldering will help you 99%

Resolder some time helps, some time not.
Most important thing when u opening the box:
!!!! never remove battery backup !!!!

I tried resoldering and nothing happends

what happends if I remove backup battery?
any one have the same problem?
I wanna know how many destructed boxes are there.

I can think only that you got fake boxes. Can you please show pictures about the 50 boxes? Anyway the chance for 50 bad boxes with the same problem is really low. Please contact me by private message or email and I will help you.

so this is the first time hat you accept there is fake boxes on market.
if its true, you must help your customers to identify true from fake
if these boxes are fake why they getting updates from server?
the only reason for buying your boxes with high price is our trust about original made boxes in market

as far as my information goes u have buy only 5 boxes from pinky china
may be this boxes are bad so please send them back to u reseller so
it can be replace no needed spead lyies that u have buy 50 boxes

please tell me what is the purpose of the battery! cause yesterday i had the same problem the temberature at the night goes to -10 it is too cold and till the box still cold (device opening failed...) battery loosing current at the cold or something else?

sorry about what I said and please accept my apologize here
I spoke with one of the technical staffs of UB team and he tells me my problem and what happends to my customers box here
it is local problem here about low speed internet connection here and not your boxes fault
I never need money back, I only needs explanation of problems, it means support, if you explane the errors for me and answer my questions non of th above happends
so I'm really sorry about what I said

Slow internet does not cause "Device open failed" error messages.
Anyway I don't know about any clone boxes out there.
According to your post the boxes are ok and we can let this thread sink.

i have cheap air wormer but in the monday was the weekend and temperature goes below zero... can low battary voltage damage box?
