I bought the Universal Box and I can't seem to get it to work. I have not been able to use it for a little over a year, not even for an hour. I sent several emails to your support team, nobody replied. I downloaded the software from your download center, I won't run on my computer. I am very frustrated. I feel like I wasted my money.

I would really appreciate if anyone could assist me in this forum.

I am really frustrated. Really annoyed. I need your help if you can assist me. I use Win Vista 7 and Windows XP professional. Your software refused to work on any of them.

Hi Mr universalbox 35 Crediter equal to 35 Dolar. There are others that offer unlocking of mobile cheaper for 25 Dollar instance. And may not purchase any universal box Do you have more customers, you should lower the price of the unlock codes for Samsung NCK

we know it's support by remote unlocking, i have also UB box but i prefer using my other box to unlock SAMSUNG unit.

sorry to say but all this model are supported also by other box for FREE.
