e71 not unlcoked but lost 120 credits - GSM-Forum

Have tried to unlock 2 x E71's now gets to final stage and then says failed but still took credits so I have lost 120 credits and phones are stilll locked.
How do I get these credits back as they have been taken but not unlocked the phones???????

Surely credits should only be taken if proccess copmpletes successfully
