read my precedent post.
install drivers for box from support.
copy from someone the executable file in uni directory
run it ,
it will work

Hello gepeto, thanks for sent me the filoe but cant unlock nothing, Install the universal, then install drivers, then copy the file you sent me but cant unlock, the port is not open.

apply
you have to use power source 12 V for the box

Can you please post here screenshot of the error?

did you have installed netframework 2.0???

I have installed the frameworks, I install the drivers of vital 888 and dont work.
