error on my box not sure whats up?


hi friend
my universalbox was working 100% fine for some time this morning...i get this error can anybody help?

You have attached a rar with a html in it, and that html refers to an image, but no image exists. Please attach image directly and forget rar and any other things.

It is the same picture sent by ogre. Do you have logging enabled? Would be nice to see the log file before and after the error appeared first time.

if you are asking about support log-in so yes i can and yesterday the box was working fine and i did flash 32 phones of 7370 but today and sudinly i have this error and you should know that i did try to install the sw again this morning and in divice manager i have no erro .
if i try to update the box i have new error

No, log file is defferent from ini file. You can turn on logging on the "Setup" tab.
