CID53 , may not be supported, use other box for that.

can you post here which phone you have for unlcok ? if you have db2020 phone you can unlock by java unlock button

CID53 Supported you can unlock by java unlock option, but if you have 5 lock closed phone then you need to use csca full unlock function
