About credit loss


If you loose credit then please write a pivate message and do the following steps instead of creating a new thread. This is the only way to get your lost credit refunded.
1. - think about your problem: is the credit loss by your mistake?
(UE- User Error)
If yes, we cannot help you, sorry. All of us do mistakes.Next time do a better job.
2. - At the moment Sonyericsson full (CSCA logger service) unlock is working.
If you tried to used SE csca calculation (full unlock), wait 1-3 minutes but maximum 24h. If u will to cancel it, go to www.universalbox.com page. Sign in, and click on Db2020 queue. You can cancel the job and get back the credits. We cannot refund these credits, only YOU can do it by this auto process.
3. - any other problem (box gave an error at the end of processes etc-etc.)
please send us by PM (PRIVATE MESSAGE) the following things:

- send us your UB nick (universalbox.com login name, or if you click on info in universal sw, you will see)
- full log of process this is very important! (if not available, write it in pm.)

A: If your box is not older than 6 months:
Send back to reseller, he will manage it to us, so we can repair. (ask about shipping charges).

About stolen Logs.

Please be aware that credit stealing scammer(s) tries to acquire username and password in order to sell or use your credits!
There are 3 known ways how he tries to hijack accounts:

1.)
Sending fake emails with a linke to a fake website to ask you to login and renew your acount. These email's headers are fake and shows [email protected] as sender.
2.) Sending fake emails with software attachment (Trojan-->use antivirus!) or link to a fake website which says software update for Universalbox.
3.) Scammer contacts you by ICQ/MSN/SONORK and offers his help in order to acquire your username and password.

Main targets are resellers, but regular users can be victims as well!
You must keep in mind that we NEVER ask your password, nor we disturb you by MSN...(etc) We use the support forum instead, or we send messages by PM.
Software updates only available throught your Universalbox software.

So once again: Never give out your password and dont open UB exe files coming from msn/email !!
About stolen, and used logs: We cannot refund, thats not our responsibility.

How to Enter Unlock Codes in Samsung Phones

If you received two unlock codes the first one is Unfreeze code. The second code is Network Unlock Code (NCK). If you received only one code from us it's a Network Unlock Code (NCK).


How to remove Phone freeze

A frequent reason for Freeze Code to be enabled is when user enters several erroneous NCK codes.

If your cell phone shows a "Phone Freeze" message use the first code to unfreeze it. Enter the 8-digit code with SIM card in the phone when the "Phone Freeze" message is displayed, then press OK button (middle buttom, depending on phone branding can be called differently).

You will not see text appear on screen while typing.

You can now proceede to entering Network Unlock Code.


How to enter Network Unlock Code


Samsung Z510, Z650, Z320i
  1. Power on without SIM card
  2. Type in **CODE# where CODE is the unlock code you received from XXXXXXXX


Samsung Z105 and Z107
  1. Power on with a non accepted SIM card
  2. Type in #7465625*638*CODE# (or *#7465625*638*CODE#) where CODE is the unlock code you received from XXXXXXXX
  3. Press the SEND key, display should read, "Personalization Cancelled"


Samsung 3G series, D, Z-series, some A-, C-, E-, T-, X-series, other models
  1. Power on without SIM card
  2. Type in #7465625*638*CODE# (or *#7465625*638*CODE#) where CODE is the unlock code you received from XXXXXXXX
  3. Press the SEND key, display should read, "Personalization Cancelled"


Samsung i450 & i560 and I8910

  1. Switch ON your phone without SIM Card,
  2. Compose #PW+CODE+1#

The letter P appear after press 3 times quickly the button star ( * )
The letter W appear after press 4 times quickly the button star ( * )
The letter + appear after press 2 times quickly the button star ( * )

Samsung i780

  1. Insert an unaccepted SIM card
  2. Enter the pin code to simcard (if enable pin code)
  3. At the top of screen an "exclamation mark" icon will appear
  4. Click on "exclamation mark" icon
  5. There will appear link "settings" - click on it
  6. Virtual keyboard appears on screen with Enter PIN prompt.
  7. Enter your 8-digit unlock code.

SAMSUNG P777, D357 , D807, D407

  1. Power on without sim,
  2. type in #0111*unlock code#


ZX10, ZX20, A707, A437, X497, C417

  1. Power on without sim,
  2. type in #7465625*638*Unlock code#

How to ENTER CODES in S5320 ?


  1. Insert WRONG simcard inside the phone .
  2. Press CALL Button so digit will be displayed .
  3. Enter your FREEZE Codes and Press CALL/# button in keypad .
  4. If phone ask for NCK/SP codes just type the codes like this. #0111*NCK# #0141*SIMLOCK#


Other Samsung models
  1. Power on without SIM card
  2. Phone will ask for "Password"
  3. Enter the unlock code you received from XXXXXXXX
    Note: In some instances the phone won't ask for "Password" - enter the unlock code anyway
OR if phone shows "Insert Correct SIM card"
  1. Power on with a non accepted SIM card
  2. Type in #0111*CODE# where CODE is the unlock code you received from XXXXXXXX
  3. Press the SEND key, display should read, "Personalization Cancelled"


i607 Blackjack

Power on with incorrect (non accepted) SIM card, when asked to enter network pin enter provided unlock code.
No need to hold other keys while entering code

If you are unable to connect to the service provider or unable to make out-going calls or receive messages, this has nothing to do with your phone being locked. You need to force the Blackjack to change to GSM mode:
  1. Power on the phone
  2. Enter *#1546792*#
  3. Select Option 3 Network & Call Settings
  4. Select Option 5 Network Mode
  5. Select GSM

NOTE: ALL SAMSUNG unknown phones is supported for unlock by Imei in UNIVERSALBOX, only SOFTBANK (Japanese) phone not supported,

Solution of "Setup Expired"

When you Install Universalbox Setup or after execute setup exe you've face like that error message




Just Downgrade your pc Date or install,
example: today is 1st may 2010 just change date 1st December 2009 or any more

Blackberry unlock instructions for Most models.

Blackberry Storm1 and Storm2 (9500, 9520, 9530, 9550) Unlock Code Entry Instructions

1. Turn off all of the wireless connections (manage connections - turn all connections off)

2. Go to the Options icon on the device

3. Select Advanced Options

4. Select SIM Card

5. Hit the Menu key to select Show Keyboard

6. Enter mepd (you will not be able to see the typed info)(enter just the mepd, no spaces, etc.)

7. Enter the letters: mep2

8. Now it will say enter network mep code

9. Enter the code given you, usually about 16 digits

10. Your Storm is now unlocked.

Blackberry 9000 / 9700 / 8900 / 88xx / 83xx Curve Unlock Code Entry Instructions


How to Enter Unlock Codes on BlackBerry 8800 8300 Curve:

1. Go to settings menu => and then Options

2. Select Advanced options => and then Sim card

3. Type MEPD using your Blackberry keyboard (NOTE: You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing MEPD)

4. Type MEP then [ALT BUTTON] then 2 on your Blackberry keyboard (NOTE: You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing MEPD)

5. You should be presented with a prompt "Enter Network MEP Code". Type in the unlock code and press in the track wheel / jog dial to confirm

6. Your phone is now unlocked


Blackberry 8100 / 8200 Unlock Code Entry Instructions


1. Insert SIM into device

2. Power phone on and Turn off the radio (Turn Wireless Off option) VERY IMPORTANT.

3. Select "Options" THEN SELECT ADVANCED OPTIONS

4. Scroll down and select "SIM Card"

5. Type "MEPPD" (please note that you will not see what you type on the screen)

6. Type "MEPP then [ALT BUTTON] then 2" (please note that you will not see what you type on the screen)

7. Enter the Unlock Code

8. Press enter

9. Reboot device. Device is now unlocked.

Blackberry 8700 Unlock Code Entry Instructions

1. Go to settings

2. go to options

3. go to advanced options

4. go to sim card

5. Type MEPD (not case sensitive) (you will not see text appear on screen while typing)

6. Does it say Network active? If so your phone is locked.

7. Hold the ALT Key while typing in MEPE (not case sensitive, and you will not see text appear on screen while typing)

8. It will say "Enter Network MEP Code, then you type in the unlock code, press in the jog dial to confirm.

9. Your phone is now unlocked


BlackBerry 6xxx 7xxx: ie 6230, 7100, 7290 etc. Unlock Code Instructions


1. Select Options menu on BB.

2. Select SIM CARD menu. To be able to see this you have to type this on the keypad on phone : (TEXT WILL NOT APPEAR ON THE SCREEN until you enter the unlock code)

3. Type 'MEPD' for all models, except 7100 in which case in case use 'MEPPD'.

4. Usually you should see "active" NET lock. In order to disable this lock, type 'MEP2' respectively ('MEPP2' if phone is 7100)

5. The BB will ask for a code. NOTE: You must use the "alt" or "shift" key to enable numbers so example would be: m-e-p-"alt key"-2 Now you should see the place to enter your net unlock code.(if not, you didn't type in mep2 or mepp2 properly.)

6. Here you must enter the "NET Unlock Code" that you have.

How to change Server By Configuration

1 : Go to C:\Uni or check uni.Config and open this File . Check in the Picture






Example : you have like this
Host=us4.universalbox.com
HostName=us4


So just change it , like this

Host=us1.universalbox.com
HostName=us1


do change the Server as u like ,

PS: Dont open the Universalbox.exe during Change the Server
