Files downloading problem with product code - GSM-Forum

I like ub downloading with product code method but now it giving me problem like hanging after showing files etc please clear my problem.........

A have that problem for a year, UB Team doesnt fix it, its the only use of my UB Box,

then new models not flashed by UB who's setup not in phoenix

sir the problem is not trough USB flashing, but by downloading flash file by product code. hope you can fix this problem.
