E50 dead

One of the guys who works for me tried to unlock nokia e50 rm 171
using universal box BB5 unlock button.
( I know ! We have dejan box for this............)

Now the phone is dead. The light comes on on the screen then it turns grey and then turns off.
I have tried flashing the phone with cable and also Dead USB.
It goes ok then falis when it tries to flash the UCP.

I can't do read info or anything else.

I tried flashing it the same as the sticker but it won't flasjh with enable downgrade on. And the only flash file the same as the sticker is in a lower flash file.

I tried flashing the highest file already.... and I get the same grey screen.

It can't turn on the phone halfway through the flash.

Is it possible to kill the phone with the bb5 unlock button ?

Please Follow all Instruction Carefully, (i hope after that you phone will be alive again)

• Procedure 1: If you have full backup pm 308 and rpl (crt)

• Erase Phone with Erase FIles 32mb and 16mb(erase Files have in C:Uni\Nokia\BB5)

• Flash Phone with latest Firmware Version (after Flash you phone is on and imei is 123xxxxxxxxx? sp area is damage)

• Write Backup RPL and PM (after that your phone imei is back original and also sp area will be Correct)

• set factory default

• Procedure 2: if you don't have any backup rpl and pm 308

• Erase Phone with Erase FIles 32mb and 16mb(erase Files have in C:Uni\Nokia\BB5)

• Flash Phone with latest Firmware Version (after Flash you phone is on and imei is 123xxxxxxxxx? sp area is damage)

• you need to use ask to rpl service (atm rpl server is off)

• after get rpl write in phone, write Full pm w/o 308 block

• set factory format user area that all your phone will be alive again with Original imei and simlock status

if you have any problem for write rpl and write pm etc. please Read Universal Box user manual and also read my previous Posts all think already posted !!!
