just now buy new box conect to pc and when click on read info
got this error termineted with error 0011020. 00011120
what is problem with brand new box
tried on diff phones same error

help

Hi, Checking your Cable coz this box is working well with short cable if long cable maybe some problem with quality and also you must be update the last version of UDB too.
