Help to UB team to FIX dead DB2020 phones!! - GSM-Forum

Hi,

To all users who have usefull info about their dead DB2020 phones:
To help UB team to fix the dead phones ASAP, I think we need to collect all useful info for them, like:

Phone CID/Color
Phone SW version
If it was neccessary, which tool used for SW upgrade?

For best results, please dont post **** here!

UB team do not need this info at all.
Almoust all db2020 are the same/at least for unlocking.
If you all read this forum you will noticed there is a lot of times written solution for dead/read blink phones after first step.
Just repeat unlockig starting with fbus cable and do simlock signin again.
Off course when server is stable.If semc server do not work you can't fix phone.

Do you repaired any phone with your method, whichhave exactly the same problem(signed successfully and after phone wont turn on)?

Yes my freind, more then 20 last few days and took very good monay for it becuase nobody want to read,everybody think he born smart.

But the method posted on forum does not work for my w880!

Has anyone had a dead w880 and fixed it?

I have k800 which died on unlocking. It has red blinking problem.

I have full flashed handset but when ending its shows "Failed to reset user lock"

I try to unlock by fbus, press NO to skip signing, press NO to use saved data.

Then after "Please Wait, This can take few minutes" it asks to connect powered ON to dcu-60. At this stage handset is still blinking red led but no power ON??

Same problem with K610i second time .... the method is not good and I lose again 50 credit's.

yes i also use this methed but no success and lose 50 cradit more
plz solve this problem ub team

I thought that I am the only one with that problem ...
Instead of gaining some money for this service (unlock I mean) we lose money for nothing . The solution doesn't work ...
UB team please wake up ...

I also experienced the same problem yesterday evening and attempt to revive the dead k800 using FBUS cable resulted in loss of additioonal 50 credits apart from the initial loss of 50 credits. this is certainlly not what we bargained for pls UB do something fastttttt

ys guys we all have same problem ub team post the solution that dosent work and we r loosing credits . if the solution work for 1 person and dosen,t work for 99 persons that dosent means solutiuon is working . ub team plz give us a working solution for fix dead db2020 every person has this problem u must have to solve our problem .
