universalbox cannot download all files at update page - GSM-Forum

after refest and refresh so many times its only show me the nokia folder , sony folder , siemen folder and LG folder but all are empty folder wtf?always hv problem ...i bought tis ub box cost me RM1000 and this is the served u guys( staff) give me?...i hv lost so many business(customer) coz of tis ****ing box..its few days ago but the problems still hvnt fix yet...
