how restore the backup on sl2

i have 3120 which i do the flash on it and tries with erase and many more thing now the sets imei is cruppted 12345 and i already was takes its back up before so how to i restore again it

dear why purchase new 1 rpl for it infect before i erase the flash file i restore its pm and also cert and its because of ub so ma question is why i can not solve this set with ub
