How to transfer purchased credits to another box?

Hello, dear Sirs!

One of our customers purchased UniversalBox from us. He purchased also about 300 credits for his box.
Small amount of time passed and his box wrecked. We are going to exchange that box for new, but what can we do with credits? As I understand they are bound to box serial number. Could you please advise, whom can we contact in order to transfer credits.

It is for SonyEricsson and Siemens logger, where you can enter login and pass. And what about Nokia operations? Unlock/Generate RPL?

User AD is right, friend. I had 1 time same situation
The logs are same for Nokia DCT4+ unlock, DCT4 RPL, DB2020 Flashing and DB2020 Unlock.
Only the number of consumed logs differs for each operation.

Just connect the new box, start Universal Box software --> go to SETUP --> USER SETTINGS --> READ USER INFO --> and register the new box to the old username/password.
His account will get more 100 logs from the new box.

Then go to your reseller account and revoke 100 logs from that account --> and all is ok.

If You have new UB BOX.
1. Open UB.
2. Setup.
3. User info.
4. Read user info
5. Register same name and same Pass.
6. Read info again.
You see your info.

You can't, but it is not a problem because the credits aren't stored on the box, but on your account. So if you have new box replacement just register to the same account you used for the previous box. It will show 2 registered box to your account, but it is not possible to use credits from your account with a broken box. We are implement a web based solution to unregister box, but only if we can take 100 credits from that account and move it back to the box's account. You will receive another 100 credits with your replacement box as soon as you register the new one.
