I can't flashing with UB

I don't know...why every flashing always error.
here is log:

note:
-use cable grade A
- use or not power supply result same
- I try flashing with normal phone(my second phone)

go to Setup > General > press Repair Box and try again

delete uni.ini on C:\Uni
then start software again and press Update on Self update
