Sirs,

I owned one UB which I bought from your reseller here in the Philippines, WindexGSM way back 2007.

Last January, my friend who is also a cellphone technician, tried to repair his UFS on my computer. He brought with him his UFS and a flash drive which he has a copy of MCProg, soft to repair the said box. To cut the story short, he used my PC with that program, unaware that my box is connected. The result its eeprom was erased.

I wrote to the reseller twice if it is possible to have a new box or to repair my box even without logs or credit, which I will shoulder the minimal cost, their answered me that my box is already dead. I know I need this box very much for it is so very helpful in my work. I hope that you will reconsider this request of mine.
