HI
with ub we can repair imei with some hardware work without new uem
uem is a otp (one time program) device
take a old pcb if connect with software (for example if uem imei is good)
then read or save rpl of uem from old pcb
change a uem in another bord and write rpl(wich rpl you have save befor) of this uem
this procedure will repair imei of ur mobile without changing of new uem
(1)old uem must be ok
(2) save old uem rpl from its orignal bord
(3) write old uem rpl after replace on a bord

in this case if anyone wants to chang flash ic
then only chang flash ic then write full flash it
then write rpl

If the asic of both phone are the same ...
The RPL from an asic2 phone doesn't work on a phone with asic6
3220 and 6230 for example ...
