hey u guys u should stop closing and deleting thread, u lack customer care in your team, when product users asks ???? give them answers, we bought your product and paid for all activations so that we all make something out of it, you dont care if we loose business or not, all u say server will be back in 10 mins, we tell our customers to wait 10 mins and 5hrs later server still down, i dont know how you guys work but learn to treat your product users in the same way you want to be treated, stop closing and deleting threads, thats politics style....its not accepted....

ub team learned just to take money from us >>> no gift for us we old Customer and no answer all just for new user box ...

i'm now began to hate this team and for his **** ....

alwayes take money and stop server for maitainance ?? when server will be start normaly...

we're not delete wihout any reason, if we're delete or close bcoz of reason, anyway
actually atm problem in server side or we're try to fix we have already post exact time when server will be up

but many ppl not understand or make again and again posts about server, even we're mention in our Sticky Thread call (server status) please don't make threads posts about server, we're already know and working on it,

so i'm again tell you please cooperate with us or wait few more hrs after that all will be ok, yes we know atm ppl face big problem bcoz of server problem, or about credits lost we'll refund all credits back so don't worry about that!!

if you have another Question please write i'll try to reply

hope ppl understand my words

looks like server running now, dont know till wen??? reminds me of the UID saga, dont know why i pick the wrong boxes always???

what u mean : i told u from one year ago or more i lost 100 for 2 w200 sony ericsson for unlock i send log and
i did'nt request any thing ...so don't say that about refund credit .. cuz i lost mony and nothing reback to me ....

people will never understand your words because there are always incomplete, how do yu expect me to understand words like

:check sticky thread about that!! we're already post about that !!!

write and explain further why server is down, tell us what time server will be up again, stop closing threads let people discuss and complain, after all GSMCITY is not yours, we r not using up your space but Zfrank`s...u make things worse by closing and deleting threads, face us head on and reply every ??? thats wat u product supporters are there for, where do u expect us to get answers from when we r using your product, dont tell me server will be up in ten minutes coz i will tell my customer the same thing, and u know how stupid i will look after sitting on my pc for an hour without any progress,
tell Users the situation as it is, if everything was clear and straight forward noone would post again asking about why server is down???

i'm write this word "check sticky thread about that!! we're already post about that" bcoz we have already made Sticky thread, anyway if you're not understand no problem, i try to give more explain

actually we're update all our servers or services in these days now we're add few new updates in our services, some time during maintenance or updating we need to stop all services like dct-4 and others, so it is reason for this problem, i'm write generally what is problem, it is not possible to write all deep details,

hope so server will be work again at gmt+1 17.00 (i have already mention in Sticky Thread (Server Status)

i understand every word u write and before working i check server status on UB site first, if u post something clear and self explanatory you will never see a single post asking about why server is down

and why dont u guys maintain and update ur server at certain time, like GMT +1 2000hrs, when most people are not using your services,
